Missing Item?
If you have ordered several items or larger items such as floor lamps, they may have been sent in separate parcels. If this occurs, occasionally one may have been slightly delayed with the courier. We would advise that you check your tracking to see if any parcels are still awaiting delivery.
Missing bulbs?
If you have purchased bulbs as part of your order, they are often packaged in the same box as one of your lights. We would advise that you first remove all the contents from each box you have received and you will often find all the bulbs together in one of the boxes.
