How Do I Return?
1 Pack the item(s) back into the original box with all components and click “Return My Order” below:
2 Choose the package option that best suits what it is you're returning, fill in the details and generate your label (your Order ID is your 9-digit order number from your order confirmation email from us – it should begin with 500)
3 Print off and attach the label to your parcel
4 Complete drop off at your local Post Office
I don't have a printer, how can I receive my returns label?
If you do not have access to a printer, you can have the Post Office print one off for you. Once you create your returns label, a QR code will be email to you. This can be shown at the Post Office and they will scan this and print the label off.
Unable to return by Royal Mail?
If the size or weight of your parcel exceeds Royal Mails specified limits, please contact Customer Service by email by clicking here or by phone on 0161 837 6092 for assistance.
